  • Plank: In the situation of plank you will lie down towards the stomach and up on your forearms with the support of your core. There are variations in plank side plank, push up plank and also make changes as per required. 
  • Bicycle crunches: Lie down towards your back and move your legs at 90° angle, one leg at 90° and another will be straight and you will touch your knee from alternative elbows. 
  • Mountain climbers: You have to make the mountain pose where your palms and feet touch to the ground and move your knee towards your chest alternatively. 
  • Russian Twist: Sit in the boat pose only with the support of your glutes and twist your abdominal respectively. 
  • Leg raises: Lie down towards your back and straight your leg. Take your leg upward 45° from the ground and hold in that position for a minute and repeat the set. 

High Intensity Exercises 

High intensity training are those that will require your full energy at a single time and you have to perform the activity with your complete intensity. Here are the examples of high intensity training that will help in belly fat lose such as : 

  • Sprints: Running at your full speed. The maximum distance that you will cover in the minimum time are sprints that will help in belly fat loss. 
  • Jumping Jacks: Stand in a straight position with the shoulder level gap in your feet and jump with the hand movement. 
  • High Knees: Jump straight with the alternative legs and your legs should come to the waist level. 
  • Jump Squats: Take the maximum jump straight and then sit half with 90° angle in your legs and then repeat this process for at least 20 reps. 
  • Jump Lunges: Jump straight in the air and at the time of landing take lunges with the alternative leg. 

Other Aerobic Exercises 

Almost every exercise is aerobic exercise that are mentioned here and some of the other aerobic exercises that will also help in your fat loss such as : 

  • Walking 
  • Running 
  • Jumping
