Tobacco and Alcohol are the substances that are very harmful to your body and to remain fit people should avoid those types of substances. Alcohol and tobacco increase the risk of disease such as heart attack, liver disease, cancer etc. 

Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking plenty of water is one of the most important assets to being fit and healthy in their daily life. People should drink 2-3 litres of water ideally and those who are active with physical activity should intake more water and make themselves hydrated. Water is the main thing that helps to make you hydrated in your daily life and also helps to make your body cell function properly. 

Avoid Processed Food 

Processed food is those that have calories, fat and sugar in a high amount and also the packed eatable items that we consume. People should not intake the food in which having calories, fat and sugar in excessive amount because it lead to lots of problems such as weight gain, diseases, unhealthy body and more. 

Plenty of Sleep 

Sleep is one of the major assets that helps to improve the health and fitness of the particular person. Enough sleep is necessary for all individuals to improve their lifestyle. A night’s sleep is better than a day’s sleep. Person should get 7-9 hours of sleep at night. 

Eat Nutritional Diet 

People should follow a diet that provides nutrition to their body and protects them from various types of disease. There are several items included in an ideal diet such as fruits, vegetables, and legumes. 

Nutritional diet includes two types of nutrients such as macronutrients and micronutrients. 

Macronutrients: Those nutrients that we intake in large amounts to our body such as carbohydrates, protein and fat. 

Micronutrients: Those are the nutrients that we take in less amount to our body, such as Vitamins and minerals.
